Our company is the bridge that connects both to achieve customer satisfaction in a win-win situation. Our principals set the requirements they need for their fleets and BSSC, through a proper screening process, evaluates seafarers from its pool of applicants. Select-ed seafarers are examined using STCW questions and then pass through a series of inter-views including with the President himself. Pre-employment Medical examination is also administered to ensure the physical and mental fitness of the seafarer.
BSSC develops its seafarers to be compatible for our principals’ fleets. Deploy-ment is done on a rotation basis to maintain the principals’ assurance of continued employ-ment, progression of careers and higher productivity.
